of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Designates Certain Supplies as Deemed Exports u/s 147 of GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, under section 147 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification designating certain supplies as deemed exports. These include the supply of goods by a registered person against Advance Authorisation, supply of capital goods against Export Promotion Capital Goods Authorisation, supply to Export Oriented Units, and supply of gold by banks or public sector undertakings against Advance Authorisation. The terms 'Advance Authorisation,' 'Export Promotion Capital Goods Authorisation,' and 'Export Oriented Unit' are defined in accordance with the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20.
