of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Extends Input Service Distributor Return Deadlines for July and August 2017 Under GST Act.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, through its Department of Tax & Excise, issued Notification No. 23/2017-State Tax on September 7, 2017. This notification extends the deadline for Input Service Distributors to furnish their returns under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. For July 2017, the new deadline is set for September 8, 2017, and for August 2017, the deadline is September 23, 2017. This extension is authorized under sections 39(6) and 168 of the Act and will be effective upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
