of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Sets GST Interest Rates: 18% and 24% for Section 50, 6% for Section 54, 9% for Section 56.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, following the recommendations of the Council, has established the annual interest rates under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The rates are set as follows: 18% for sub-section (1) of section 50, 24% for sub-section (3) of section 50, 6% for sub-section (12) of section 54, and 6% for section 56, with a proviso to section 56 set at 9%. This notification, issued by the Secretary of Tax & Excise, will be effective from July 1, 2017.
