of <h1>Kerala GST Dept Extends Deadline for FORM GST ITC-01 Submission to Oct 31, 2017, u/s 168.</h1> The Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department has issued Notification No. 14/2017, extending the deadline for registered persons to submit FORM GST ITC-01. This extension applies to those who became eligible for input tax credit during July, August, and September 2017. The new deadline for making this declaration is set for October 31, 2017, as per section 168 of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017, and relevant rules.
