of <h1>Haryana GST Act Amends Notification to Include Raw Cotton Entry 4A for Agriculturist Suppliers Effective November 2017.</h1> The Haryana Government, under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 38/ST-2 dated 30th June 2017. The amendment, effective from 15th November 2017, adds a new entry to the existing table in the notification. The new entry, labeled as '4A,' pertains to raw cotton, specifying that the supplier is an agriculturist and the recipient is any registered person. This change was made following the recommendations of the Council and was issued by the Excise and Taxation Department.
