of <h1>Tripura Designates Certain Goods Supplies as Deemed Exports Under GST Act 2017; Includes Capital Goods and Gold.</h1> The Government of Tripura, under the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has designated certain supplies of goods as deemed exports. These include supplies by a registered person against Advance Authorisation, supplies of capital goods against Export Promotion Capital Goods Authorisation, supplies to Export Oriented Units, and supplies of gold by specified banks against Advance Authorisation. Advance Authorisation allows for the import or domestic procurement of inputs for physical exports, while Export Promotion Capital Goods Authorisation pertains to importing capital goods for physical exports. This notification is issued by the Principal Secretary on behalf of the Governor.
