<h1>MCA Amends Companies Filing Rules 2015: Annexure-III Updated, Effective Immediately u/ss 469 and 398 of Companies Act 2013.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued a notification on December 4, 2017, amending the Companies (Filing of Documents and Forms in Extensible Business Reporting Language) Rules, 2015. This second amendment, effective upon its publication in the Official Gazette, involves substituting Annexure-III in the existing rules. These amendments are made under the authority of the Companies Act, 2013, specifically sections 469 and 398. The principal rules were initially published on September 9, 2015, and have undergone previous amendments on April 4, 2016, and November 6, 2017.
