of <h1>Nagaland extends deadline for FORM GST ITC-04 submission to November 30, 2017, u/s 168 and Rule 45(3).</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, has issued Notification 19/2017, extending the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04. This form pertains to goods dispatched to or received from job workers during the quarter of July to September 2017. The new deadline for submission is now set for November 30, 2017. This extension is in accordance with section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017.
