of <h1>India's Ministry of Finance Sets New Exchange Rates for Imports/Exports, Effective November 17, 2017, Under Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Government of India's Ministry of Finance issued Notification No. 110/2017 on November 16, 2017, under the Customs Act, 1962, determining the exchange rates for foreign currencies in relation to Indian currency for import and export purposes. This notification supersedes the previous Notification No. 103/2017. Effective November 17, 2017, the exchange rates for various currencies such as the US Dollar, Euro, and Japanese Yen, among others, are specified for both imported and exported goods. The notification includes detailed exchange rates in two schedules for individual foreign currencies and 100 units of foreign currencies.
