<h1>Kerala GST extends Input Service Distributors' return filing deadlines for July and August 2017 u/s 39(4).</h1> The Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department has extended the deadline for Input Service Distributors to file their returns under section 39(4) of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017. According to Notification No. 10/2017-State Tax, the new deadlines are specified in a table: for July 2017, the deadline is extended to 13th October 2017, and for August 2017, it is extended to 23rd September 2017. This extension is authorized by the Commissioner under the relevant sections and rules of the Kerala GST framework.
