The amendment involves changes to Schedule-I, specifically for serial No. 12 concerning the exchange rate for the Qatari Riyal. The new exchange rates are set at 18.35 INR for imported goods and 7.35 INR for export goods, replacing the previous rates of 17.55 INR and 16.15 INR, respectively.
