of <h1>Kerala Forms State Level Screening Committee u/r 123(2) for GST Oversight with Key Tax Officials.</h1> The Government of Kerala has established a State Level Screening Committee under Rule 123(2) of the Kerala Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. The committee comprises two officers: the Commissioner of Central Tax and Central Excise, and the Joint Commissioner-I of the State Goods and Services Tax Department, both based in Thiruvananthapuram. This notification was issued by the Secretary to the Government on 25th September 2017.
