of <h1>Kerala GST Dept mandates electronic GSTR-3B filing for August 2017 by September 20 u/r 61(5).</h1> The Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Department issued Notification No. 03/2017-State Tax on August 31, 2017. Under the authority of Rule 61(5) of the Kerala GST Rules, 2017, and Section 168 of the Kerala State GST Ordinance, 2017, the Commissioner, following the Council's recommendations, mandates the electronic filing of GSTR-3B returns for August 2017. The returns must be submitted through the common portal by September 20, 2017.
