<h1>Jharkhand extends FORM GSTR-5A deadline to November 20, 2017, for specific online service providers.</h1> The Jharkhand Commercial Taxes Department has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GSTR-5A returns for July, August, and September 2017. This extension applies to individuals supplying online information and database access or retrieval services from outside India to non-taxable online recipients in Jharkhand. The new deadline is set for November 20, 2017. This action supersedes a previous notification dated September 19, 2017. The notification is effective from September 15, 2017.
