of <h1>All India Pingalwara Society notified under Income-tax Act for 1990-93 with conditions on income use and investments.</h1> The Central Government has notified the All India Pingalwara Society (Regd.), Amritsar, under section 10(23C)(iv) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, for the assessment years 1990-91 to 1992-93. The notification is subject to conditions: the society must apply or accumulate its income solely for its established objectives; it must not invest its funds, except voluntary contributions in certain forms, in modes other than those specified in section 11(5); and the notification does not apply to business income unless the business supports the society's objectives and maintains separate accounts.
