of <h1>Jharkhand amends GST Notification 13/2017 to include services by Overseeing Committee members to RBI u/s 9(3).</h1> The Jharkhand State Government issued Notification No. 33/2017 on 18 October 2017, amending Notification No. 13/2017 under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from 13 October 2017, adds a new entry to the existing notification. It specifies that the supply of services by members of the Overseeing Committee to the Reserve Bank of India is included. The amendment is made under the authority of section 9(3) of the Act, following the Council's recommendations. The notification was ordered by the Governor of Jharkhand and communicated by the Principal Secretary-cum-Commissioner.
