of <h1>Jharkhand GST Act Amended: Corduroy Fabrics Added to Tax Notification Table, Effective September 22, 2017, per S.O. No. 93.</h1> The Government of Jharkhand, exercising its powers under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended Notification No. 5/2017 State Tax (Rate) dated 29th June 2017. This amendment, effective from 22nd September 2017, involves the insertion of a new entry, '6A 5801 Corduroy fabrics,' in the table of the original notification. The amendment was issued following recommendations from the Council and is documented in S.O. No. 93 dated 13th October 2017.
