of <h1>Himachal Pradesh extends July 2017 GST return deadline for Input Service Distributors to October 13 u/ss 39(6) and 168.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department has extended the deadline for Input Service Distributors to submit their returns for July 2017 under the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The new deadline is set for October 13, 2017. This extension is executed under the authority of section 39(6) and section 168 of the Act, in conjunction with rule 65 of the Himachal Pradesh GST Rules, 2017. The deadline for August 2017 returns will be announced later in the Official Gazette.
