of <h1>Haryana Establishes Advance Ruling Authority for GST u/s 96 with Two Key Officials on Board.</h1> The Haryana Government, under the authority of section 96 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has established the Haryana Authority for Advance Ruling. This authority is composed of two members: an Additional Excise & Taxation Commissioner and a Joint Commissioner of GST from Panchkula. This notification, issued by the Excise and Taxation Department, is dated October 18, 2017, and is signed by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana.
