of <h1>Gujarat Government Raises GST Composition Turnover Limit from Rs. 75 Lakh to Rs. 1 Crore u/s 10(1) Amendment.</h1> The Government of Gujarat has amended Notification No.(GHN-27)GST-2017-S.10(1)-TH dated 23rd June 2017, concerning the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment increases the composition turnover limit from 'seventy-five lakh rupees' to 'one crore rupees.' This change is made under the authority of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Act, following recommendations from the Council. The amendment is formalized by the Finance Department and issued by the Joint Secretary to the Government of Gujarat.
