of <h1>Mizoram GST Act Amended: Housekeeping Services Now Included, Excluding E-commerce Operators Needing Registration u/s 22(1).</h1> The Governor of Mizoram, following the Council's recommendations, has amended Notification No. 17/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated July 7, 2017, under the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment introduces a new clause specifying that services related to housekeeping, such as plumbing and carpentry, are included, except when the service provider is required to register under section 22(1) of the Act through an electronic commerce operator. This amendment is issued by the Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, Taxation Department.
