of <h1>Jharkhand Tax Dept Extends July 2017 Input Service Distributor Returns Deadline to 13 October 2017 u/s 39(4.</h1> The notification issued by the Commercial Taxes Department of Jharkhand supersedes the previous notification S.O 79 dated 19 September 2017. It extends the deadline for Input Service Distributors to submit their returns for July 2017 under section 39(4) of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, to 13 October 2017. The extension for the August 2017 returns will be announced later in the Official Gazette. This notification is effective from 11 September 2017, as ordered by the Governor of Jharkhand.
