of <h1>Jharkhand Extends GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-3 Filing Deadlines for 2017; New Dates for High Turnover Taxpayers Announced.</h1> The notification issued by the Commercial Taxes Department of Jharkhand, dated 19th September 2017, supersedes the previous notification S.O 76 from 13th September 2017. It extends the deadline for filing GSTR-1, GSTR-2, and GSTR-3 returns under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Taxable persons with a turnover exceeding 100 crore rupees must file GSTR-1 by 3rd October 2017, while others have until 10th October 2017. All must file GSTR-2 by 31st October 2017 and GSTR-3 by 10th November 2017. The notification is effective from 11th September 2017.
