The committee's office is located at the Commissioner Taxes Department in Patna. The committee comprises two officers: the Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax, Bihar, and the Additional Commissioner (GST) from the Commercial Taxes Department, Bihar. This notification was issued by the Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Department on September 21, 2017.
