of <h1>Jammu and Kashmir extends GSTR-1 filing deadlines for July and August 2017 under GST Act. Effective August 8, 2017.</h1> The Government of Jammu and Kashmir's Department of Commercial Taxes has issued Notification No. 01/2017-GST, extending the deadline for filing details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 under the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. For July 2017, the filing period is extended to September 1-5, 2017, and for August 2017, to September 16-20, 2017. This notification is effective from August 8, 2017.
