of <h1>Assam Establishes Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering as per Assam GST Rule 2017; Includes Key Tax Officials.</h1> The Government of Assam, under the authority of the Governor, has established the Screening Committee on Anti-profiteering for the State of Assam as per the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017. The committee comprises two officers: the Commissioner of GST, CBEC, Guwahati, and the Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Government of Assam. This order, issued by the Finance (Taxation) Department, will be effective from its publication date in the Official Gazette.
