of <h1>Punjab GST Act Amended: Tractor Parts Now in Schedule III, Taxed at 9.</h1> The Government of Punjab has amended Notification No. S.O.16/P.A.5/2017/S.9/2017, dated June 30, 2017, under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective immediately, the amendment adds specific tractor parts to Schedule III, taxed at 9%. The newly listed items include tyres, tubes, diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, bumpers, brakes, gearboxes, transaxles, road wheels, radiators, silencers, clutches, steering wheels, and various other components and accessories for tractors. This amendment was issued by the Financial Commissioner of Taxation and Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Department of Excise and Taxation.
