of <h1>Madhya Pradesh amends GST Notification to include tractor parts in Schedule III at 9% rate. Effective August 23, 2017.</h1> The State Government of Madhya Pradesh has amended Notification No. F.A-3-33-2017-1-V (42) dated June 29, 2017, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, effective from August 23, 2017, adds new entries to Schedule III - 9%, specifically relating to tractor parts. The newly included items are various tractor components such as tyres, tubes, diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, bumpers, brakes, gearboxes, transaxles, road wheels, radiator assemblies, silencers, clutches, steering wheels, hydraulic systems, and other related parts. This amendment was made on the recommendation of the Council.
