of <h1>Jharkhand GST: New Tax Exemptions for FIFA U-17 World Cup Services and Fair Price Shops Announced.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 12/2017-State Tax (Rate) dated 29th June 2017, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. It introduces tax exemptions for services related to the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017, provided FIFA's involvement is certified by the Director of Sports. It also exempts services by Fair Price Shops selling goods under the Public Distribution System to government bodies. Amendments include terminology updates for insurance schemes and recognize Limited Liability Partnerships as firms. These changes are effective from 22nd August 2017.
