It mandates that the GSTR-3B return for July 2017 must be filed by August 20, 2017, and for August 2017 by September 20, 2017. This requirement is enforced by the Commissioner of State Tax, Haryana, based on recommendations from the Council, and is effective from August 8, 2017.
