The amendments include tax exemptions for services related to the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2017, provided they are certified by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. Additionally, services by Fair Price Shops to the government under the Public Distribution System are exempt from tax. Changes also update insurance scheme names and clarify that Limited Liability Partnerships are considered partnership firms under the law.
