This applies to goods intended for subsequent supply to Unit Run Canteens or authorized customers of CSD. The notification, effective from July 1, 2017, aligns with Section 55 of the Ordinance, allowing specified entities to claim tax refunds on notified supplies. This measure aims to facilitate tax relief for the CSD under the Ministry of Defence.
