Changes include corrections to tariff codes and descriptions across Schedules I, II, III, and IV, affecting tax rates of 2.5%, 6%, 9%, and 14% respectively. Amendments involve specific items such as palmyra sugar, agarbatti, photovoltaic cells, desiccated coconuts, dates, optical fibers, and video game consoles. The notification was issued by the Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department under the authority of the Special Chief Secretary to the Government.
