of <h1>West Bengal Amends GST: 9% Tax on Tractor Parts like Tyres, Tubes, Engines, Effective Immediately under Schedule III.</h1> The Government of West Bengal has issued amendments to Notification No. 1125-F.T. dated June 28, 2017, concerning the State Tax (Rate) for tractor parts under the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendments include the addition of specific tractor parts to Schedule III with a tax rate of 9%. These parts include tyres, tubes, diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, bumpers, brakes, gearboxes, transaxles, road wheels, radiators, cooling systems, silencers, clutches, steering wheels, and various other components. The notification is effective immediately as per the order of the Governor.
