of <h1>Correction in Meghalaya Tax Notification: 'Central Tax' Changed to 'State Tax' for Heading No. 9973, Sl. No. 17.</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. ERTS (T) 65/2017/11, dated June 29, 2017, issued by the Government of Meghalaya's Excise, Registration, Taxation, and Stamps Department, a correction is made in column No. 3 of Sl. No. 17, heading No. 9973. The phrase 'Same rate of Central Tax' is replaced with 'same rate of State Tax.' This amendment clarifies the applicable tax rate under the Meghalaya State Goods and Services Tax (SGST). The notification is signed by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya.
