of <h1>West Bengal Updates GST Notification: Changes to Dried Legumes and Unbranded Honey Entries, Affecting Brand Exclusions.</h1> The corrigendum to Department Notification No. 1126-F.T. dated June 28, 2017, issued by the Government of West Bengal, involves amendments to entries in the notification. For serial No. 45, the description 'Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split' is revised to exclude those 'put up in unit container and bearing a registered brand name.' For serial No. 148, the phrase '(vi) Unbranded honey [proposed GST Nil]' is amended to simply '(vi) Unbranded honey.' These changes are authorized by the Joint Secretary to the Government of West Bengal.
