of <h1>Haryana GST Act Amended: Changes to Schedules I, II, and III Effective July 1, 2017, Based on GST Council Advice.</h1> The Haryana Government's Excise and Taxation Department has issued amendments to Notification No. 35/ST-2, dated June 30, 2017, under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from July 1, 2017, changes include modifications in Schedule I, where specific serial numbers related to mineral or chemical fertilizers have been added. In Schedule II, serial numbers 66 to 69 have been removed. In Schedule III, certain descriptive terms have been omitted from serial numbers 42 and 411. These amendments are based on recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council.
