of <h1>Gujarat Tax Authority Grants Unique Identity Number to Space Applications Centre, Ahmedabad u/s 25(9)(b) and Rule 17.</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, Gujarat, has issued a notification dated July 27, 2017, regarding the Space Applications Centre (SAC) located in Ahmedabad. Under the authority of section 25(9)(b) of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 17 of the corresponding rules, the SAC is to be granted a Unique Identity Number. The process for obtaining this number will adhere to the procedures outlined in rule 17 of the Gujarat GST Rules, 2017.
