Commencement of specified Puducherry GST provisions appointed, bringing listed sections into force via statutory commencement power. Using the commencement power under section 1(3) of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Lieutenant Governor appoints the 22nd day of June, 2017 as the date on which a specified list of provisions of the Act shall come into force and directs publication of the notification in the Official Gazette.
