of <h1>Goa Sets State GST Rates for Intra-State Goods: Schedule-Based Tax Rates Effective July 1, 2017.</h1> The Government of Goa, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has set state tax rates for intra-state supplies of goods, effective July 1, 2017. The rates are as follows: 2.5% for goods in Schedule I, 6% for Schedule II, 9% for Schedule III, 14% for Schedule IV, 1.5% for Schedule V, and 0.125% for Schedule VI. The goods are categorized based on their description and tariff classification. This notification is issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, Goa, and is authorized by the Under Secretary, Finance (R&C).
