Commencement of Bihar Taxation Law Amendment Act: gubernatorial declaration makes the Act operative from 1 July. The Governor, under sub section (3) of Section 1 of the Bihar Taxation Law Amendment Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 13 of 2017), declares that all provisions of the Act shall come into force with effect from 1 July 2017, implemented by the Commissioner cum Principal Secretary, Commercial Taxes Department.
