of <h1>Bihar GST Act 2017: Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 22-30, 139, 146, 164 Now Enforced by Governor.</h1> The Governor of Bihar has issued a notification under the Bihar Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017, declaring the enforcement of specific sections of the Act. Effective from the date of the notification, the provisions of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 139, 146, and 164 will be in effect. This action is authorized under sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Act. The notification is issued by the Commissioner-cum-Principal Secretary of the Commercial Taxes Department.
