of <h1>Andhra Pradesh Amends GST Notification: New Entries for Fertilizers, Omissions in Schedule II, Clarifications in Schedule III.</h1> The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued amendments to the notification G.O.Ms. No. 258 under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. These amendments, effective from July 1, 2017, involve changes in tax schedules. In Schedule I, new entries for certain mineral or chemical fertilizers have been added, while Schedule II omits serial numbers 66 to 69. In Schedule III, modifications include clarifying the classification of nitrogenous fertilizers and spectacles. These changes are made under the authority of the Andhra Pradesh SGST Act, as recommended by the Council.
