of <h1>Delhi Authority for Advance Ruling Constituted under DGST Act 2017 with Two Appointed Members.</h1> The notification, dated July 4, 2017, announces the constitution of the Delhi Authority for Advance Ruling under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The Authority is established by the Lt. Governor of Delhi, comprising two members: a Joint Commissioner from the Central Taxes and Central Excise, appointed by the Central Government, and an Additional Commissioner from the Delhi Goods and Services Tax, appointed by the State Government. The Authority is tasked with performing statutory functions as outlined in Chapter XVII of the DGST Act 2017, effective from July 1, 2017.
