of <h1>Correction to Notification No. 50/2017-Customs: Replace 'duty payable on' with 'CIF value of' per Gazette amendment.</h1> In the corrigendum to Notification No. 50/2017-Customs dated June 30, 2017, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, a correction has been made. The amendment specifies that in the original notification published in the Gazette of India, the phrase 'the duty payable on' should be replaced with 'the CIF value of' on page 281, line 5. This change is documented under reference number F.No.354/119/2017-TRU and was issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of India on July 1, 2017.
