of <h1>Customs Notification No. 93/2016 Amended: Entry Updated for Serial No. 3 Effective June 30, 2017.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has issued an amendment to Notification No. 93/2016-Customs (N.T.) dated 1st July 2016. This amendment, effective from 30th June 2017, involves a substitution in the table of the original notification. Specifically, against serial number 3 in column 3, the entry 'C.No.VIII/CCP/ICD/ENQ/HCL/112/09/Pt.XII' dated 04.01.2011 will replace the existing entry. This change is authorized under the powers conferred by sections 4 and 5 of the Customs Act, 1962.
