The approval requires the foundation to maintain separate accounts for scientific research funds, submit annual scientific research activity returns by May 31, and provide audited annual accounts by June 30 to relevant tax and research authorities. The foundation must apply for an extension of approval three months before expiry. In exceptional cases, applications for extension can be submitted promptly after receiving the approval order.
