The approval is valid from April 1, 1991, to March 31, 1991, and requires the organization to maintain separate accounts for research funds, submit annual research activity returns by May 31, and provide audited financial accounts by June 30 each year. For extension, applications must be submitted three months prior to approval expiry, with six copies sent to the Secretary of the Department.
