of <h1>Four Officers Appointed as Assistant VAT Officers in Delhi Under the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, through the Finance (Revenue-I) Department, has appointed four officers as Assistant Value Added Tax Officers. This appointment is under the authority of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004, and its corresponding rules. The officers, whose names are anonymized here, assumed their roles on various dates in March 2017. These appointments were made to assist the Commissioner of Value Added Tax in the administration of the Act, as authorized by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi.
