of <h1>India Updates Duty Drawback Rates for Guar Products Under Notification 41/2017-CUSTOMS (N.T.), Amending Previous Rules.</h1> The Government of India has issued Notification No. 41/2017-CUSTOMS (N.T.) amending Notification No. 131/2016-Customs (N.T.) concerning the All Industry Rate (AIR) of duty drawback for Guar and its products. Changes include updates to tariff items and entries in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the schedule. Specifically, tariff items for dried leguminous vegetables and Guar products have been revised, affecting items such as Guar Gum Refined Split and Guar Meal. These changes are made under the Customs, Central Excise Duties, and Service Tax Drawback Rules, 1995.
